Hi-Tech Service Centre Terms and Conditions
  1. Units are automatically repaired up to the standard repair rate and will only be quoted should the final repair price exceed the standard rate.
  2. Prices quoted are VAT exclusive.
  3. Three months warranty parts replaced and workmanship.
  4. Where parts need to be procured, repairs will only commence once the quote acceptance has been received.
  5. HTSC reserves the right to requote should the initial quoted price change due to circumstances beyond our control.
  6. No back-up or software recovery procedures undertaken.
  7. No application software will be loaded without an authentic customer’s license.
  8. Only the original operating system / software for which a product is licensed will be loaded.
  9. HTSC cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to customer’s equipment due to fire, water, theft or other reasons beyond our control.
  10. HTSC cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage or loss due to faulty or delayed repairs including cost of loss of production and/or any other related costs.
  11. All transactions are on a C.O.D basis unless credit arrangements have been finalized.
  12. HTSC acceprs payment in cash or EFT only. Debit card facilities are available.
  13. Banking details are available on request.
  14. Equipement not collected within 60 days may be sold to defray expenses.
  15. Equipment will only be released on presentation of the original customer receipt.
