KYOcount is an application for the monitoring, analysis and management of printers, copiers and MFPs. All networked and local devices within a Local Area Network are automatically recognized and monitored for status transitions in real-time. Meter readings are collected, and comprehensive reports can be generated. KYOcount furthermore supports remote management from one central location.

KYOCOUNT LICENCES AT A GLANCE:
Basic Licence: Counter information and event notification
The Basic Licence offers the monitoring of all networked or local printers, copiers and multifunctionals within a LAN. All device information including counter readings and status changes is collected in real-time. Event notifications (e.g. malfunction, toner low) can be sent by e-mail to the IT administrator or designated service provider, to ensure immediate remedy.
Accounting Licence: Account management and analysis
The Accounting Licence extends KYOcount’s functionality with comprehensive accounting functionality. It supports KYOCERA devices with internal accounting functionality.
Manager Licence: Remote fleet monitoring
The KYOcount Manager Licence enables to collect fleet information from different locations. For instance, a multi-national enterprise can automatically obtain all fleet data from all locations, ensuring an instant overview of the entire fleet.
Connect Licence: Connecting a Basic to a Manager Licence
Installed with each KYOcount client, the Connect Licence is required in order to create the link between a central KYOcount Manager and each location.
